Apply the marinade thoroughly on your chosen meat, seafood or vegetables. Add a touch of oil if desired.

Cover and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes (or overnight in fridge for maximum flavour).

Simply barbecue, grill or oven until cooked to desired state.
CHEF’S TIP: Add some yoghurt to use this as a green chutney for tandoori marinaded dishes.
