a decade in the making
Some dishes you don't forget. At Gymkhana, ours were the Chicken Butter Masala, Tandoori Masala Lamb Chops and Pork Cheek Vindaloo, dishes found nowhere else, some of our most requested plates. Guests kept asking the same thing: could they take a little piece of Gymkhana home with them?
Now they can. Our jars carry the same craft as the kitchen they came from.

2013
GYMKHANA OPENS
The JKS siblings open the restaurant in the heart of Mayfair, London. Gymkhana's menu takes influence from the breadth of India, focusing on tandoori-grilled specialties, classic regional curries, biryanis and chaat-style sharing plates.
2014
GYMKHANA WINS ITS FIRST MICHELIN STAR
The restaurant wins one Michelin Star, No. 1 Restaurant in the U.K. at the National Restaurant Awards and Square Meal's Restaurant of the Year.
2023
GYMKHANA FINE FOODS LAUNCHES
After a decade of serving London's diners, Gymkhana launched it's own range of at home cooking sauces, marinades, chutneys and more. Now fans of the restaurant could recreate the magic of Gymkhana at home.
2024
GYMKHANA WINS ITS SECOND MICHELIN STAR
Ten years after recieving its first Michelin Star, Gymkhana was awarded its second making history as the first Indian restaurant in the UK to achieve this distinction.
2026
GYMKHANA FINE FOODS WINS FOUR GREAT TASTE AWARDS
At the Great Taste Awards in 2026, Gymkhana Fine Foods won four new awards, taking its total to nine awarded products across the retail range, including two stars for the Green Tikka Marinade.
