Grilled Hariyali Prawns

1 Jar Green Tikka Marinade 10 Large King Prawns (ideally head on, shell on) 4 tbsp Melted Butter Salt to taste

Apply the Green Tikka Marinade to the king prawns, mix until generously coated and then set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes. We used a Big Green Egg. If using a regular grill, preheat your grill to the highest setting. Grill for 8 to 10 minutes until well charred. Remove and serve with naan.
