Hariyali Chicken Breast Supremes

1 Jar Green Tikka Marinade 4 quartered Chicken Breasts 4 tbsp Melted Butter Salt to taste

Preheat the oven to 22℃. Slash the flesh of the chicken breast with a knife. Marinate the chicken with the jar of the Green Tikka Marinade and keep aside for 30 minutes. Cook the chicken breasts in the oven for approximately 16-18 minutes. Baste with melted butter half way through cooking and just before serving. Remove and serve with naan, or plain roti.
