BACKGROUND


Q: How are you associated with Gymkhana, the restaurant?
A: Gymkhana Fine Foods is a collaboration between the founders of the Gymkhana restaurant and a partner to help bring our famous recipes to your home. We work closely with the restaurant teams to ensure a consistent approach to everything that we do so you can replicate the Michelin Star experience with your friends and family.

 

PRODUCT


Q: Who has developed the product recipes?
A: All our products follow our famous recipes from the Gymkhana restaurant and have been developed and approved by our team of Michelin Star chefs. The range has been carefully developed over months to ensure Michelin star precision, expect the same rich depth of flavour and taste as the restaurant, allowing you to spend more time at the table and less in the kitchen.

Q: Where do you source your ingredients from?
A: We use the highest quality ingredients using the same supply chain as Gymkhana restaurant. Our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced from India and the UK to deliver the purest Indian flavour, similar to what you would experience at Gymkhana restaurant.

Q: Where do you make the Gymkhana Fine Foods products?
A: All of the Gymkhana Fine Food products are made in the UK.

Q: Do your products contain any preservatives or additives?
A: No, none of our products contain any preservatives, additives or artificial colours / flavours. They are all-natural as well.

Q: Are your products vegan?
A: Some of our products contain dairy ingredients – these are Butter Masala Sauce, Classic Tandoori Marinade & Green Tikka Marinade. The rest are all vegan – Goan Curry Cooking Sauce, Rogan Josh Sauce, Vindaloo Sauce, Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade, Peanut and Sesame Chutney and Tandoori Onion Chutney.

Q: Are your products Vegetarian?
A: Yes, all of our products are Vegetarian.

Q: Are your products Gluten Free?
A: Yes, all of our products are Gluten Free.

Q: What are the nutritional values of your products?
A: Please visit the individual product pages on our website to find all the nutritional information.

Q: How long does the sauce stay fresh after opening?
A: We recommend keeping the jar refrigerated after it’s been opened and please consume it within 5 days of opening.

Q: Can I freeze the sauces, marinades & chutneys?
A: Yes, you can freeze our products if they are decanted into a freezer safe container and consumed within 3 months. Please let the product thaw completely before using it post freezing.

Q: Where do I find the best before date on the jar
A: The best before date is located on the cardboard sleeve at the bottom or on the bottom of the jar itself.

Q: Where do you currently ship products to?
A: Currently we are shipping all over the UK

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment we are just shipping to The UK but watch this space!

Q: How quickly do you ship orders?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.

Q: Who should I contact if there is a problem with my order, product or delivery?
A: We take pride in creating the products that we hope you love as much as we do. However if you’re not entirely satisfied with your Gymkhana Fine Foods purchase, then please get in touch with us at info@gymkhanafinefoods.com within 30 days of your order and we’ll do our best to help.

THE TANDOOR EXPERIENCE

Q: What is the Tandoor Experience?
A: The Gymkhana Tandoor Experience brings the bold, smoky magic of the tandoor into your home — inspired by the most sought-after dishes from the Gymkhana menu.
Our dishes have been carefully curated to capture the essence of Gymkhana's celebrated flavours. Hand prepared by our chefs, our range of collections and à la carte dishes are guaranteed to take your grill experience to delicious new heights.
The dishes are pre-prepared and will need to be cooked according to the instructions included in your delivery.
This is tandoor mastery, made effortless.

Q: What are the delivery dates for the Tandoor Experience?
A: The Tandoor Experience is available to be delivered from Friday 13th June and every Friday until 29th August 2025. We cannot guarantee the time that you will receive your delivery, please refer to your DPD tracking number.

Q: Where can I find the instructions to prepare the Tandoor Experience?
A: We will send instructions out to you with your delivery. Instructions can also be found through this PDF.

Q: How are the products delivered?
A: We have taken every effort to deliver your meal kits to you safely. They are delivered by DPD in a wool-lined box with ice packs. Please note: Food is not frozen.

Q: My Tandoor Experience delivery arrived damaged, what should I do?
A: In the unlikely event that your delivery arrives damaged, please email us at info@gymkhanafinefoods.com with your order number and any supporting imagery of the damaged dishes.

Q: What time will the Tandoor Experience arrive on the delivery date?
A: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee what time the Tandoor Experience will be delivered on the day. Please refer to your DPD tracking to learn more about your delivery time.

Q: I was out when the Tandoor Experience was delivered, can I still consume my meal?
A: If you were out whilst your Tandoor Experience was delivered, you can still consume your food as long as your dishes are still sealed and cold.

Q: When should my Tandoor Experience be eaten by?
A: Please refrigerate your Tandoor Experience upon arrival. Your meal kit should be consumed within 48 hours.

Q: If I need to cancel my Tandoor Experience delivery, how much notice do I need to give?
A: If you need to cancel your meal kit, please try to cancel before 3pm on Tuesday 10th June for delivery on 13th June, and before 3pm on Mondays going forward. If you need more advice on cancelling your Tandoor Experience, please email info@gymkhanafinefoods.com.


SUBSCRIPTION

Q: Where can I view my subscription account?
A: You can access your subscription details by logging into your account here.
Once logged in, you'll see your Subscription Dashboard where you can view and manage upcoming orders, make product changes, or update delivery preferences.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Our subscriptions are fully flexible—you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime. To cancel, simply log into your account here, go to “Manage Subscriptions,” click on the product you’d like to cancel, and select “Cancel.”

Q: How do I swap products in my subscription?
A: Looking to try something new? Just log into your subscription account here, click “Manage Subscription” next to your product, and select “Swap this for a different product.” Easy as that.

Q: Can I change the date of my next subscription order?
A: Yes! When logged into your subscription account here, you’ll find options under Your Next Order—including Send Now, Reschedule, or Skip. You’re in full control of when your order arrives.

Q: When will I be charged for my next subscription order?
A: You’ll be charged on the day your subscription renews. You can see and manage upcoming charge dates by selecting “View Upcoming Orders” in your account here.

Q: How do I update my address or payment details?
A: To update your shipping address or payment information, log into your account here and click on “Address & Payment Details.”
For security, when editing payment details, a secure link will be sent to the email associated with your subscription.

Q: Is your packaging recyclable?
A: Yes, our glass jar and sleeves are 100% recyclable.
