Once we receive your complaint:

-
We will investigate without undue delay — there is no fixed legal deadline for investigation, but we are required to proceed promptly and without unjustifiable delay. We will keep you informed of progress and provide updates on expected timescales.
-
We will provide a written outcome on conclusion of our investigation, explaining our findings and any action taken, again without undue delay.
A straightforward complaint may be acknowledged and concluded within 30 days. A more complex matter may take longer. In either case, we will not leave you without an update.
