Changezi Chicken

4 quartered Chicken Breasts 1 tbsp Ghee 2 sliced medium Onions 1 Butter Masala Sauce 1 Rogan Josh Sauce 1 Classic Tandoori Marinade Suggested serve: Rice

Preheat the oven to 200oc. Marinate the chicken in the Classic Tandoori Marinade for 30 mins. Roast for 16-18 mins. Heat the ghee and saute the sliced onions until golden brown. Add the Rogan Josh sauce and simmer for 5 mins. Add the Butter Masala Sauce, mix well and add the chicken. Cover and simmer for 5 mins. Serve hot with your choice of rice.
