Tandoori Monkfish with Rogan Josh Sauce

1lb Monkfish Fillets 1 Jar Classic Tandoori 1 Jar Rogan Josh Cooking Sauce Optional: New Potatoes Optional: 1 Jar Peanut & Sesame Chutney

Marinate the monkfish fillets in the classic Tandoori Marinade for at least 1 hour. ⁠Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the monkfish fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly charred. ⁠Heat the Rogan Josh sauce on the stove for 5 minutes. Serve with the sauce poured over the monkfish fillets. Optional: Serve with boiled new potatoes, once cooked mix with Peanut & Sesame Chutney.
