Scallops with lasooni and butter masala sauce

1lb Fresh Scallops 1 Jar Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade 1/2 Jar Butter Masala Cooking Sauce 2tbps Butter

Coat the scallops with our Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade and Butter Masala Cooking Sauce. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. ⁠Once the butter is melted and hot, add the scallops and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Place back in the shells to serve.
