Vindaloo Cooking Sauce

Method

  1. Prepare the glaze by mixing our Vindaloo Cooking Sauce and a generous amount of honey.
  2. Brush the sausages with the mix, turning to coat both sides.
  3. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  4. Wrap the partly-cooked sausages in the streaky bacon and brush again with the glaze.
  5. Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until sticky and golden.
  6. Top with fresh herbs to serve.
