Tiger Prawn Vindaloo

8 Tiger Prawns ½ tsp Salt ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder ½ Lemon 1 tbsp Coconut Oil 1 Vindaloo Sauce Suggested serve: Steamed Rice

Marinate the prawns with salt, turmeric powder and a squeeze of lemon juice for 5 mins. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and lightly saute the prawns for a few mins each side. Add the Vindaloo Sauce, and a bit of water to adjust the consistency of the gravy to your liking. Simmer for 5 mins, and serve hot with steamed basmati rice.
