Tandoori Prawn Cocktail

1lb large prawns (crevettes), peeled and deveined ⁠1/2 Jar Tandoori Onion Chutney 55g Hellmann's Mayonnaise Baby Gem Lettuce Cherry Tomatoes 1 Avocado Pea Shoots 1 Radish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side, until opaque and cooked through. Mix the Tandoori Onion Chutney with mayonnaise, whisk until mixed well and smooth. Coat the prawns with the Tandoori Onion mayonnaise. Serve with avocado, tomato, radish, pea shoots and baby gem lettuce.
