Ingredients

500g of chicken thighs, cut into chunks 1 jar Classic Tandoori Marinade

Method

Cut your chicken thighs into cubes. Marinate in our Classic Tandoori Marinade for 30 minutes (or overnight for maximum flavour) Build your skewer. Grill for 6 minutes on each side, brushing with extra marinade as you cook for more flavour. Once cooked, rest for 1 minute and serve.
