200g salmon fillets, cut into large chunks 1 Jar Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce ½ red and ½ yellow pepper, diced A handful of cherry tomatoes Jeera rice, to serve

Method

Heat a pan over medium heat.
Add the salmon, peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Lightly sear until the salmon is golden on the outside and the vegetables begin to soften.
Stir in the GFF Tikka Masala Sauce and a splash of water if needed. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and the sauce is rich and aromatic.
Serve hot with jeera rice.
