Peanut & Sesame Udon Noodle Stir-Fry

1 tbsp Gymkhana Peanut & Sesame Chutney 200g Udon Noodles ⁠1 tbsp Sesame Oil 1 Green Pepper, sliced 100g Broccoli 3 Radishes 1 Green Chilli 1 Red Onion, thinly sliced 125g Spring Onions, sliced

Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over a medium heat. Add the vegetables and chilli and stir-fry until just tender, about 3-4 minutes. Add our Peanut & Sesame Chutney to the pan, followed by the cooked noodles and a little more chutney to finish. Toss to combine and garnish with spring onions to serve.
