Peanut Chutney Coleslaw

500g White cabbage, finely shredded 200g Red cabbage, finely shredded 150g Carrot, finely julienne 30g Spring onion, finely sliced 180g Peanut & Sesame Chutney 120g Mayonnaise 80g Greek yoghurt 20ml Lemon juice Salt, to taste Black pepper, to taste 15g Fresh coriander, chopped

Finely shred the cabbages and carrots and place into a chilled mixing bowl. Mix our Peanut & Sesame Chutney with mayonnaise, yoghurt and lemon juice until smooth. Fold dressing through the vegetables evenly. Finish with chopped coriander, salt and black pepper. Chill before serving.
