1kg Chorizo sausages for cooking 50ml water Chives, chopped 1 jar Vindaloo Sauce

Method

We used an outdoor wood oven. If using a regular indoor oven, preheat to 190 degrees (fan).
Put the sausages into a roasting dish, add the whole jar of Vindaloo Sauce and 50ml water.
Cook in the oven for 30 mins.
Serve with chopped chives as a garnish.
