Chilli Garlic BBQ Corn on the Cob

4 Corn on the cobs, halved (8 pieces) 150g Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade 80g Butter, melted 15ml Lime juice 5g Smoked paprika Salt, to taste 10g Chopped coriander

Par-boil corn for 6-8 minutes and drain well. Mix Gymkhana Fine Foods Roasted Garlic & Chilli Marinade with melted butter, lime juice, and smoked paprika. Generously coat the corn with the marinade. Grill or BBQ on high heat, turning regularly until lightly charred. Finish with coriander and serve hot.
