Tandoori Onion Chutney

Tandoori Onion Chutney

200 ML 12 SERVINGS HEAT - HOT

Spicy, sweet and sour.

We grind tandoor-roasted Madras onions by hand. Then, we temper them with black onion (kalonji) seeds for a chutney that's far too delicious to leave on the side.

How to use?

Serve with dosas, Indian dishes, or as a dip for crisps, naans or papads

CHEF’S TIP: Add a little oil and you can also use as a marinade (we'd pair it with lamb chops).

THE MAIN, SIDE DISH

Spicy, sweet and savory flavor with a slightly smoky taste, reminiscent of tandoor-cooked dishes. This chutney is ideal as a condiment with grilled or roasted meats, such as tandoori chicken, or as a dip with Indian breads, such as naan or paratha.
